Notice to homeowners/residents:

Please be advised, we will be removing islands around the community beginning Monday, March 8th thru Friday, March 12th.

Island locations: Pinebrook Ct, Shady Branch Dr, Sugarhill Ct, Bridgegate Ct, Fernbrook Ct, and Gardenview Ct.

Please do not park adjacent to these areas. Dust will be created while cutting concrete and grinding edges of concrete. The areas will be fenced off once they are removed and cleaned up and will be paved at a later date. Notices will come out with that schedule later.

Please do not walk into areas that are coned or taped off. Any damage done will be the responsibility of the homeowner.
