Please have your vehicles off the street before 7:30 am on Monday as the entire development will be milled. Starting on Tuesday, please have your vehicles off the street in the area (color) that is scheduled for that day by 7:30 am. Vehicles not moved by 7:30 am will be relocated to the administration building. Please refer to the provided color-coded map to verify your Pave day.
Please have your irrigation system turned off 24 hours prior to the start and stay off 24 hours after the project is completed.
Be advised…trash, mail and service companies may not be able to get to your house every day that week.
Some areas will be barricaded or coned off during the operation. Please do not move or drive around barricades or cones. Damage to the area due to not following these guidelines will negate the warranty.
Residents will be able to get in and out of their driveways, except for short periods of time during the milling and paving portion. During the paving, 1 side of the roadway will be paved at a time.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Once the side being paved is tacked (glued) it should not be driven on as the material can stain your driveway. The paving of each side of the roadway typically takes 4-5 hours. Once completed the asphalt can be driven on. Any damage to driveways due to Tack staining will be the homeowner’s responsibility.
**If you will need to leave at any time during the scheduled day of paving, it is recommended you move your vehicle out of the driveway prior to commencement of paving.**
